Three 400mm Height Coil Winding Machine , PLC Control Automatic Wire Winder ZPX400-3 is a high efficient coil winding machine. The coil winding machine can be used to wind three same coils with max height 400mm. The winding machine is provided with foot pedal, counter, colored touch screen, servo motor, and so on. The foot pedal can be used to control the machine and switch the rotating direction, the counter can counter the number of turns and exact reversible winding counting. Coloured touch screen is very intuition for inputting parameters. Servo motor driven wire guide guarantees the excellent start- stop behaviour, which assures high quality laying wire. 7.5kw motor provides strong pulling force. Control system is based on PLC, which make the machine achieve different behaviour.
